SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for supporting PunjabiPopShop! We are committed to mindful consumption and sustainable fashion. Because we operate on a 100% made-to-order model, our fulfillment timeline is structured differently from traditional fast-fashion retailers.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Times
Every item on our store is custom-made, printed, and finished uniquely for you upon purchase to eliminate excess textile waste.
- Fulfillment Window: Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for our production team to craft your garment before it is securely handed off to our shipping carrier.
- You will receive an automated notification email containing a tracking link the exact moment your package leaves our facility.
2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery Windows
Once your order has been custom-made and processed, transit times take 5 to 8 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Please note that these windows are estimates provided by postal carriers. PunjabiPopShop is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by extreme weather, transit disruptions, or carrier backlogs.
3. International Duties, Taxes, & Customs Fees
For our global community shopping internationally:
- Your order may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by your destination country.
- All duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. PunjabiPopShop does not collect or cover these fees, and we cannot issue refunds if a package is rejected or sent back due to unpaid customs charges.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier, the legal title and risk of loss pass directly to you, the buyer.
- PunjabiPopShop is not responsible for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
- Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once production is completed and the shipping label is generated.
