At Punjabi Pop Shop, we prioritize sustainable production values to protect our planet. We operate on a 100% made-to-order workflow, meaning we do not manufacture, print, or finish a garment until you buy it. By keeping no bulk warehouse inventory, we drastically eliminate commercial textile waste.
Because every single piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect sizing choices. Please check our detailed sizing guides closely before processing your payment.
Damages and Production Faults

- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with clear, high-resolution photos of the issue and your proof of purchase.
- Once evaluated and approved, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue store credit to make it right.
- Do not send items back to us without receiving prior written approval from our support team, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.
European Union Right of Withdrawal Exception
In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal/cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because all garments on our store are custom manufactured to order, all sales to consumers residing within the European Union and European Economic Area are final and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
